Spokane trip

The trip is beginning... isn't this picture just the cutest??!! We turned Addison around, since she is going to be 1 in 2 weeks, I know.... a little early, but we waited longer than most people and it made the 6 hour trip much better! It was much better for Addi to be able to see us and play with Grayson a bit more and not have her knees in her chest :) We stayed at Josh & Angie's house which was wonderful to have all the kids get to spend time together, and have actual quality time, not only for the kids - but the adults too! More time than our usual get together's which are busy and quick. Also, Aunt Noreen was there for the weekend which was great... we got to see a new side of her. Much more flexible and athletic side than we ever knew, and did I say graceful??? She is oh sooo graceful! We were playing frisbee Saturday morning and she showed us young kids the moves :)

This car was great for Grayson and the babies, isn't she just the cutest little commuter??!!

The other big purpose of the trip was to get to see the Rudy's and spend time with my grandparent's and Aunt's who don't get to see the kid's often enough. Addison got some practice for Easter next weekend!

Grayson and his Great Grandpa building with blocks.

Aunt Joy had this fun playhouse from when my cousin was Grayson's age (around 30 years ago) and it is still in great shape! Grayson took advantage of Aunt Jan's endless energy and had her crammed in the house for a few hours!!
Addison was getting stair lessons from Great Grandpa. She still hasn't figured out how to go down backwards, it is a bit scary, maybe she will learn from the old and wise :)

And here is baby Sydney.... she really is an adorable little girl! Just a beautiful little thing. Her and Addi are about 4 months apart in age but a mile apart in size. Sydney is hanging in about the 7th% for her size next to Addi at around 99%+ still.

Daddy giving Sydney her 1st taste of margarita!

She was really loving on her Daddy after getting some margarita!! :) (not really, but kind of looks like it!)

We didn't plan it but the girls both had on matching pajama's on the last night we were there. It was pretty funny!
I just love her! She is so teeny and cute and girly :)

Here is Grayson and Uncle Josh in a serious game of fuseball. Pretty sure Uncle Josh won.

And lastly, here is miss Addison. We stopped by and visted with Matt, Christina and Madelynn on our way out of town and she was carrying around Christina's makeup bag. It was too cute! It was a really great trip for us, a lot of driving but it actually went really well. The kids both did good (Grayson thanks to the invention of portable DVD player) and we really enjoyed getting to visit with everyone. Duncan is already planning on going back soon, ugh... too much driving for me... but I can do it, I can do it, I do think I need to go to a chiropractor though!
