We found out we are moving back up north next month, and I am kind of bummed. I actually really like it down here. Although I miss home and being closer to our friends, I really like living down here in this area and the friends we've made here. I will be missing this area a lot and the move will be bittersweet.
The kids are both doing great. The seem to be bickering A LOT. Maybe its just the stage, or their age, or something.... But my oh my, this mommy is feeling it! Addison is getting so so big and is as determined as they come. She is so stinking smart, its freaky. She loves to sing songs. She can sing all her ABC's and can count to 12! She knows more songs than Grayson it seems! She is still potty training herself and is doing great. The only thing is she is always naked. When she is naked we have 0 accidents. But if I put undies or pants on her she immediately pee's. I'm not really complaining because this little girl is only 21months old. She is also working her way into her big girl bed. Amazing and soooooo sad. Makes me want to have another baby! But then these 2 start fighting and I feel overwhelmed enough!!
Grayson is loving going to preschool! He is such a big boy! He is having so much fun with all of his Christmas presents, its been a lot of fun! He is such a plane, train and automobile kind of guy! Although, he really loves animals, balls and books. So I take that ealier comment back, he loves everything! An extreme fascination with dinosaurs, whales and sharks... so interesting!!
A rare picture of the kids sitting together without fighting. They seem to always be bugging each other lately, rarely do they sit this close without whining. Ahh, the joys of motherhood.
Grayson loves to pull all the blankets and pillows out and make huge messes in the house (another joy of motherhood). But once again, the shocked me by snuggling for about 2 minutes and actually seemed to enjoy it!
Grayson and his new shark.... this boy seems to have a slight obsession with whales and sharks. One of his favorite "activities" is getting on the computer and Googling whales or sharks. He just loves to sit and look at all of the pictures. Frankly, I think some of them are a bit frightening, but he doesn't. Maybe I have a marine biologist on my hands??? Anyways, we were strolling through Ikea and along came this display of gigantic stuffed sharks! How perfect for the little man! Its his new favorite thing :)
